We use high-performance, technical fabrics such as X-Pac®, ballistic nylon, and recycled PET to ensure our bags are durable, waterproof, and sustainable.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all ALPAKA bags and accessories are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Are your bags waterproof?
While our bags are made with highly water-resistant fabrics and YKK AquaGuard zippers to protect against heavy rain, they are not fully submersible.
